Refund policy
If you change your mind or aren't happy with your order, you can request a refund for the purchase with no questions asked*. Returns must be requested within 14 days of sale and Items must be returned to the studio within 28 days of purchase in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. If there is evidence of damage to the artwork or its packaging, we will be unable to issue a refund but the package will be returned to you/the original shipping address.
*Please note this excludes sale items which are sold as seen and non-refundable. Owing to the nature of the product and the time involved with creating these pieces, this also excludes bespoke pieces which are non-refundable.
The original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
